Shipping Policy

All orders placed with Chun Hei Limited are processed within one to two business days. Shipping timelines begin once the order has been dispatched from our facility. Delivery estimates vary by location and are provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the package. The final shipping fee is displayed before the order is finalized. Chun Hei Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information is sent to the email address associated with the order. Responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier upon handover.

For PayPal transactions, the refund is initiated within fourteen (14) business days of inspection approval. However, for transactions originating from jurisdictions where PayPal mandates a thirty-day refund window for consumer protection, the refund is initiated within thirty (30) calendar days of the return approval date. Chun Hei Limited adheres to the longer timeframe where required by PayPal’s policies or applicable regional laws.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, the customer must follow the process outlined below. Failure to adhere to this process may result in delayed or rejected returns.

The customer must securely package the item in its original packaging. The return authorization confirmation must be included inside the package. The customer is responsible for affixing the shipping label and paying the carrier. The package must be shipped to the return address specified in this document.

Step 4: Inspection
Upon delivery, Chun Hei Limited conducts an inspection of the returned item. This inspection occurs within five (5) business days of receipt. The inspection verifies that the item is unused, in original condition, and meets all return eligibility criteria.

Step 5: Refund Issuance
If the inspection is approved, a refund is processed according to the timelines detailed in the Refund Processing Timeline and Refund Method and Timing sections. The refund is issued to the original payment method.

Step 6: Notification
The customer receives a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. If the return inspection is not approved, the customer receives a notification detailing the reason and the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return. Personalized items, custom engravings, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. Chun Hei Limited does not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item is received damaged or if the wrong item was shipped, the customer must contact [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Chun Hei Limited provides a prepaid return label for damaged or incorrect orders. In these instances, a full refund or a replacement is issued without deducting return shipping costs. The seven-day window is absolute; notifications received after this period are processed as standard returns with the buyer responsible for return shipping.
